Job Description
Job Overview:
We are a residential concrete company specializing in plain, exposed, and stamped concrete. We are looking for both Concrete Finishers and Concrete Laborers to join our team. Whether you are a skilled concrete finisher with experience in finishing concrete surfaces or a laborer willing to assist with various tasks on construction sites, we encourage you to apply. This role involves working on diverse residential and commercial concrete projects, handling materials, prepping job sites, and assisting with both the preparation and finishing of concrete surfaces. The ideal candidates will have strong work ethics and the ability to work in a team environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in construction or as a Concrete Finisher or Concrete Laborer is a plus.
For Concrete Finishers, proficiency with concrete finishing tools is required.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Macomb County for job sites.
For Concrete Laborers:
A willingness to learn and develop skills.
Having or willingness to earn a CDL license is a plus.
Benefits:
Competitive pay from $25 to $38 per hour, for the right candidate, based on experience.
Performance-based bonuses tied to individual and team achievements.
Having a CDL and the ability to drive a truck may lead to additional pay and responsibilities.
