Construction Installer**

**Job Description**

Join our team to install and secure exterior metal wall panels on commercial buildings. You will prepare construction sites, materials, and tools, work at heights using various elevated platforms, and participate in site cleanup and scaffolding erection. Your role involves loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment while strictly following OSHA safety guidelines.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install and secure exterior metal wall panels on commercial buildings.

+ Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools.

+ Work at heights using elevated platforms like boom lifts, scissor lifts, and swing stages.

+ Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

+ Participate in construction site cleanup.

+ Erect scaffolding.

+ Strictly follow OSHA safety guidelines while on the job site.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in construction, hand tools, and power tools.

+ 1+ years of construction experience, preferably in commercial construction (carpentry, roofing, demolition, concrete, etc.).

+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

+ Excellent communication skills and reliability.

+ Experience with metal stud framing, sheet metal cutting, commercial construction, demolition, material handling, scissor lifts, boom lifts, waterproofing, caulking, siding installation, and carpentry.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

+ Experience with ACM panel installation is a plus.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver metro Colorado.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
