Robotic Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking entry-level welders to operate a robotic welder in a metal manufacturing shop. Daily operations will include grinding and tack welding, as well as the ability to follow blueprints and work on steel parts in a shop environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the robot and repairing any steel that does not meet standards. There is an opportunity for promotion to a Table Welder after the probationary period.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a Fanuc robotic welder and ensure its accurate operation.
+ Perform tack welding and touch-up repairs on steel parts as needed.
+ Follow blueprints to work on steel parts.
+ Ensure quality control and inspection of welds and repairs.
+ Engage in spot welding, grinding, and metal fabrication tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in MIG welding processes, especially on steel parts and hot rolled steel.
+ Ability to read and follow blueprints.
+ Knowledge of robotic welding operations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Technical certification or at least 1 year of experience in a shop atmosphere is preferred.
+ Experience with TIG welding, aluminum, carbon steel, and sheet metal is advantageous.
+ Motivation and desire to work long-term with opportunities for promotion.
