A About Me
Im a one-man crew running a growing decorative concrete business. I specialize in high-quality driveways, patios, walkways, foundations, and more. Im looking for someone reliable to build withnot just a laborer, but someone who can eventually run jobs alongside me.

B Big Picture
This isnt a giant companyyou wont get lost in a crew of 20 guys. Youll be working directly with me every day, learning the trade, and becoming a key part of the operation.

C Core Responsibilities
Help with setup, prep work, forming, gravel, and rebar
Assist with pours, screeding, bull floating, edging, and finishing
Help clean up job sites and load/unload tools
Learn how to do decorative concrete and stamp work over time

Youre teachable, respectful, and hardworking
You dont mind physical labor or early mornings
Youre motivated to learn and grow

E Experience
Experience is a bonus, but not required. Ill teach the right person everything they need to know, as long as theyre dependable and eager to work.

If youve worked in landscaping, construction, or general labor and liked it, this will be a great fit. If youre someone who needs to be pushed constantlythis wont work.

H Hours
Start times are early (67am). Hours vary based on job size and weather. Winter work is slow. Working on different business for that. I work until the job is done right, not just until the clock runs out.
