To schedule a meeting - CLICK HERE All shifts available - Day, Nights, Weekend Job Description Brake Operator : Loads and unloads tools. Operates the machine control; carries out maintenance of the machine and secondary operations during production. Performs simple or routine setups where fixtures and tooling are performed by others. Notifies machine set-up personnel if more complex tooling or machine adjustments are required. May be required to operate computer console. Verifies quality of produced parts with use of simple measurement instruments. Turret Operator : Sets up and operates turret punch press. Includes; loading and unloading tools, loading and securing blanks, operating the machine control, maintenance of the machine, running parts per customer drawing, deburring parts while in production, performing secondary operations on punched parts. Grinder : Operating grinding machines to shape and finish metal parts, often in a manufacturing or fabrication setting. This involves using various grinding tools and techniques to remove excess material, achieve desired surface finishes, and meet specific tolerances based on blueprints and quality standards. The role may also involve some level of machine maintenance, ensuring equipment is functioning properly. Pay : Press Brake Operator - $22 - $33 per hour - depending on experience Turret Operator - $22 - $28 per hour - depending on experience Grinder - $19-25 per hour - depending on experience Essential Skills 2+ years of experience operating a press brake, Turret operating, Grinder. Knowledge of (punch & die clearances, material bend allowances, and die radius for proper bending of material). Need to have twelve inch calipers that will pass calibration testing. Good math skills. Understanding of measurements and fractions. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Proficiency in blueprint reading. Also must be open to working overtime hours when necessary. Ability to lift 50lbs #AerojobsWA Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
