POSITION SUMMARY This Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of projects/programs assigned. This role acts as a conduit for all project information to ensure the meeting of all critical delivery, quality, and pricing expectations as well as meeting profit margin goals. They are responsible for gathering all project related requirements, processing that information and establishing a plan, confirming the cost structure, producing a schedule, establishing project structure, understanding the requirements and overseeing the execution of the plan.

We seek a candidate with experience managing large-scale rollouts, particularly in event production, merchandising implementations, and campaign execution specifically in branded retail spaces. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders, adhere to tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of quality across all deliverables is essential for this role.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead - Display Leadership level confidence to own projects/teams and in interpersonal work

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Project Management or related field

8+ years progressive product management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)Prior managerial/supervisory experience

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.

High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications

Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)

Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients

Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management

Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.

Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
