Fabrication Welder Job Description We are seeking skilled welders to perform production MIG welding with thinner gauged steel tubing (16Ga.). You will also weld stainless steel ladders, ensuring no material burn-through, primarily using .035 wire. Responsibilities Perform production MIG welding on thinner gauged steel tubing (16Ga.). Weld stainless steel ladders, ensuring precision and material integrity. Utilize .035 wire for the majority of welding tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and welding. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience in stainless steel welding. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong time management skills and ability to work independently after probation. Adherence to strict attendance policy. Work Environment The new facility, opening in October near 99th Ave and Buckeye, will feature air conditioning, heating, full ventilation, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. Initially, work will take place in an indoor welding shop equipped with swamp cooling during summer, transitioning to the upgraded building. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
