Custom Welder / Fabricator Job Description We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team, focusing on the welding of small and large vibration machinery and equipment. The role requires the ability to read and interpret assembly prints, pick lists, weld blueprints, and sales and shop orders. This is a direct hire role paying $22-24/hr! Responsibilities Perform MIG/TIG welding to fabricate small and large vibration machinery and equipment. Read and understand assembly prints, pick lists, weld blueprints, sales, and shop orders. Utilize overhead and jib cranes to move pre-welded materials or finished products. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding for over 4 years of experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Understanding of math, particularly fractions. Ability to weld in all directions including vertical, horizontal, and flat positions. Experience with rigging. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a large equipment manufacturing shop with operating hours from 5:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and from 5:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturdays. Standard working hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Currently, employees are working 50 to 55 hours a week due to high demand, with plans to reduce hours by expanding the team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr. Benefits include competitive pay, health, dental and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(K) with company match.
