HVAC Installer /Technician in Greenville,SC,US

We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians Specializing in HVAC Installations and Repairs- WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Primarily, the job will entail installing new HVAC units in single family homes. Our company manages properties all over the Upstate, including Anderson, Greenville, Easley, Clemson, Spartanburg, Union, etc. Job provides a company vehicle--valid driver's license with a good driver record required. HVAC Installation Tech responsibilities include but are not limited to troubleshoot and diagnostic, make small minor repairs, part testing and replacement, ability to pull permits as needed, and full unit replacement and repairs. Candidate needs minimum 2 years HVAC experience. Opportunity for overtime is available on a regular basis. All maintenance experience is a plus! Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Ability to fully install HVAC units in single family homes Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Represent client in a professional, courteous manner.
