Start Date: Hiring Immediately

Pay range: 20.90 per hour

This is a Year Round position

This position is benefit eligible after the first 30 days of employment.

Schedule: May require working early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the supervisor on drywall, painting, and fabrication work, ensuringpliance with codes and standards.

Perform maintenance on equipment and buildings, keeping accurate logs and records.

Troubleshoot malfunctions and assemble/test machines to resolve issues quickly.

Regularly inspect equipment, report abnormalities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Manage inventory and notify supervisors of supply needs.

Stay updated through training and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Provide friendly service to guests, assist with equipment, and support other departments as needed.

Know emergency system locations and maintain electronic lock security.

Possess carpentry skills for various tasks.

Preferred Experience:

5 years Building/Carpentry or related experience

Education:

High school diploma or GED
