Technical writing, construction drawings and specification production, shop drawing review, and responding to requests for information during construction. Professional construction management services: document management and control; building information modeling and coordination (BIM); permit tracking; scheduling; quantity takeoffs and estimating; quality control. Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and procedures. Administrate, maintain, and provide user training for cloud-based project management information systems. Interface with non-technical client stakeholders to develop and refine digital standards. Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure digital models are accurate and meet client. requirements. Support the development of 4d construction schedules and 5d cost estimates using BIM /VDC technology. Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate conflicts between building systems. Integrate BIM data with project schedules, budgets, and resources. Monitor project progress and identify any issues related to BIM implementation.
