A leading residential construction firm in Atlanta, Georgia —renowned for its craftsmanship and client satisfaction—is actively seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings precision, strategy, and deep industry knowledge to every bid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a range of residential projects

• Analyze plans, specs, and scopes of work to determine materials, labor, and equipment needs

• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop competitive proposals

• Assist with preconstruction planning, budgeting, and value engineering

• Track actual costs vs. estimates to improve future pricing strategies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in residential construction

• Strong knowledge of residential building systems, codes, and construction methods

• Proficiency in estimating tools (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst, or similar)

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Understanding of construction contracts and bid processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
