Carpenter / Crew Lead Needed Interior & Exterior Remodeling (Puyallup + Surrounding Areas)

Full Life Construction LLC is hiring! Were looking for a skilled and motivated carpenter whos ready to lead projects and take pride in quality craftsmanship. We do full-service residential remodeling, inside and out.

Position: Full-Time Carpenter / Crew Lead

Location: Based in Puyallup, working throughout Pierce & King County
Pay: Based on experience (DOE) Competitive and steady work

What You Need:
Experience in remodeling both interior and exterior
Leadership skills manage small crews and keep projects on track
Be a self-starter show up, get it done, solve problems
Your own tools and reliable transportation
Good communication and a solid attitude we work with homeowners every day

What Youll Do:
Demo, framing, finish carpentry, and everything in between
Coordinate with subs, clients, and our project manager
Maintain jobsite quality and safety
Represent the company with professionalism

Bonus if you have:
Siding, drywall, tile, or cabinet experience
Permit knowledge or job scheduling experience
