Qualifications:
- Leadership, teaching, and mentoring skills and experience.
- Prefer 5 years of experience in carpentry and project management.
- Must be knowledgable about construction and carpentry and the materials involved.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to read blue prints.
- Organized and detail oriented.
Job Tasks:
- Will be point of contact for carpenters and apprentices to guide, mentor, and resolve issues.
- Help with budgets, schedules, and work plans.
- Will be keeping shop organized.
Pay will depend on experience.
