Lead Land Surveyor

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:**

Lead and oversee all surveying operations, ensuringaccuracy, efficiency, and compliance with state andlocal platting regulations.

Conduct and manage boundary, topographic,engineering, and residential surveys.

Serve as the technical expert for land surveying,mentoring a team of surveyors.

Plan, schedule, and manage projects, ensuringdeliverables are completed on time, within budget,and to the highest quality.

**DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES:**

Currently living in Alaska.

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics,Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Currently a licensed land surveyor in theState of Alaska, or ability to becomelicensed.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPSsoftware, and advanced surveyingequipment (GPS, Total Stations, LiDAR,drones).
