Electrician- Foreman

Able to read plans and specs to layout and install electrical wiring, fixtures and equipment per plans, specs, and local codes

- Install electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment with hand and power tools

- Maintain, repair, and replace electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment

- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems on customers premises

- Testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems using multimeter, amprobe, circuit tracers, etc.

- Ability to safely and efficiently work off of ladders, scaffolds and lifts as required

- Able to effectively communicate to both customers and office staff as needed for day to day communication

- Direct and train fellow workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, devices, and equipment

- Possess journeyperson electrician license in the state of Delaware and Maryland

- Able to effectively and timely send material lists to project manager

- Able to keep a neat and orderly job site and company vehicle (if applicable)

- Familiarization and understanding of both NEC and local codes

- Familiarity with fire alarm systems, data wiring systems, and security systems

- Be punctual and dependable to effectively work required scheduled shifts
