- Create accurate and detailed electrical and utility drafting using AutoCAD and MicroStation.
- Support transmission and distribution projects through effective drafting and design.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop construction drawings and documentation.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to understand design decisions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and ask questions to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD.
- Strong drafting skills with a focus on electrical systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Desire to learn and understand the reasoning behind design decisions.
- Experience in consulting space is a plus.
- Industry experience with utilities or electrical systems design is advantageous.
- Knowledge of MicroStation or Inventor is beneficial but not required.
- Leadership qualities and extraverted personality are desirable.
- Computer and technology savvy with problem-solving skills.
