  • AI & Automation Strategy:
Evaluate and implement AI toolsets to accelerate development workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance platform intelligence.
  • Team Collaboration:
Serve as a key bridge between Digital (Product, Data, UX) and IT teams—ensuring smooth, clear, and productive communication across functions.
  • IT Partnership:
Work closely with IT leadership to eliminate silos, enhance infrastructure, and align on shared tools, environments, and priorities.
  • Innovation Enablement:
Drive the use of modern technology as a business enabler—not just for support, but to unlock innovation and competitive differentiation.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in software architecture or solutions engineering roles, preferably within digital product organizations.
  • Strong background in cloud-native architecture (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google), microservices, and modern web platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional development initiatives and collaborate across distributed teams.
  • Experience working with or managing third-party development agencies or offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with AI toolsets (e.g., LLMs, dev automation tools, data science platforms) and how they can enhance engineering productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly when translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation and a mindset that challenges the status quo.
