Our facility in Milford, New Jersey is looking for a Licensed High-Pressure Boiler Operator (Blue Seal)/Maintenance Technician to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a team member to be part of our group and continue to advance this plant forward. This position will report directly to the maintenance manager.

Salary

$34.00 per hour

3rd shift differential is $1.00 per hour

You will have the ability to increase yourpensation based on skills and contribution to the overall performance of the plant.

This role is eligible for our Performance Pay program that could offer up to a 6% quarterly bonus.

Shift

Currently hire for 3rd shift

This may include overtime, holidays, and weekends.

Training will be on 1st shift (7am-3pm), and you will be assigned your permanent shift approximately 30 days later.

Milford operates on a point based attendance program.

Shift Hours

1st shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm; weekends and overtime as needed

2nd shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm; weekends and overtime as needed

3rd shift: Monday - Friday 11pm-7am; weekends and overtime as needed

We are located directly across the Delaware River from Riegelsville, PA, in a picturesque countryside. We are just 20 minutes from Easton, PA; 20 minutes from Phillipsburg, NJ; 20 minutes from Quakertown, PA; 25 minutes from Bethlehem, PA; and 30 minutes from Doylestown, PA.

What You Will Do

Perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance on Steam System and Plant Equipment.

Perform electrical troubleshooting on; AC & DC motor drives (solid state and electro-mechanical), distribution panels, motor controls, solenoids, relays, PLC, and other related devices

Perform troubleshooting on pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Perform building instrumentation system repairs, repairs are made following strict National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements

Perform troubleshooting of material handling equipment, loading dock apparatus, and mechanical conveying equipment

Perform and repair of plant lighting and ancillary electrical equipment systems

Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Have and Maintain a State of New Jersey Boilers License for High Pressure Systems (Blue Seal or Higher).

What Will Put You Ahead

2-3 years of Electro-Mechanical Automation System Installation & Troubleshooting Experience.

An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes; motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power,munication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems.

A strong PLC trouble shooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude.

Experience working with Microsoft Office

Ability to effectivelymunicate verbally and in writing

Experience working in the corrugated packaging industry

Other Considerations/Physical Requirements

Maintain strict adnce to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment

Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment

For this role, we anticipate paying $34.00 per hour.
