OPPORTUNITY for Traveling Maintenance Technicians
We are seeking a maintenance professional with strong electrical skills who is looking for long-term growth in the energy sector. If you're hands-on, reliable, and looking for more than just a jobthis could be your next big move.
Location: Alexandria, OH
Pay: $25-$27/hr (based on experience)
Travel Required | Some Overnight Travel Required
Electrical experience strongly preferred
Job Duties:
Troubleshoot and complete general service requests
Strong emphasis on electrical maintenance & repair
Basic plumbing and appliance repair
Change/repair light bulbs, locks, and fixtures
Interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall patching
Perform groundskeeping, pressure washing, and breezeway cleanup
Job Requirements:
Electrical maintenance experience required
Must be open to traveling and overnight stays as needed
Dependable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team player attitude
Willingness to assist with various property or energy-related projects
Own basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
Power tools a plus!
Able to lift 40-50 lbs
Friendly and customer-service-oriented
