We're hiring a Licensed Electrician for our brand-new manufacturing facility in Statesville, NC. Be part of the launch team supporting safe, efficient, and high-performance operations in a state-of-the-art plant. We have an established facility in Newton, NC and a high-energy startup operation in Statesville, NC. This role will be for our Statesville location.

What You'll Do
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and wiring.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national codes (NEC).
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to support manufacturing operations.
Safely work with high and low-voltage systems, including control panels, motors, and drives.
What We're Looking For:
Current and valid North Carolina Electrician License (Journeyman or Master) - Required
Minimum 3 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience.
Proven experience with troubleshooting PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems is an asset.
Strong understanding of NFPA 70E and general electrical safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Physical Requirements: Due to business necessity, physical requirements for this job must be met. All candidates MUST demonstrate:
The ability to lift up to 40 lbs
The ability to bend, stoop or reach with arms, climb or balance; kneel, crouch
The ability to wear required PPE
