Powertrain Project Manager, Lead

Position Title: Propulsion Systems Sub System Technical Manager

Location: Onsite. Some local travel.

Schedule: Flexible hours and OT available.

Seeking a Propulsion Systems Sub System Technical Manager to support all integration activities and interface for all issues (cost, timing, program planning, launch support, program resolution, etc).

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License.
• 5+Years experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another related Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university or equivalent.
• Design, development, and program management experience in broad powertrain functions and/or vehicle engineering in any of the following areas: engine, transmission, driveline, packaging, adaptation, controls, or calibration.
• Demonstrated high leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Company product development processes, design validation, Key Process Indicators (KPI), and gate processes.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, and to work with minimal direction (ability to understand and complete next steps without guidance).
• Demonstrated team building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
