The **Military Master Planner Program Manager** leads the development of
military installation planning documents and manages all aspects of
program performance, serving as the primary liaison with the Government
customer. Responsibilities include overseeing technical execution, cost
management, contract deliverables, and personnel administration. The
role requires expertise in DoD planning standards, strong leadership and
communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively.
**Military Planner:**
- Support the development of comprehensive planning documents,
including:
- Vision Plans
- Capacity Utilization Studies
- Requirements Analyses
- Area Development Plans (ADPs)
- Area Development Execution Plans (ADEPs)
- Installation Planning Standards (IPS)
- Assist in the analysis and integration of planning data to inform
decision-making and long-term development strategies.
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and stakeholder
interviews to gather and assess planning inputs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency with
federal and DoD planning policies.
- Assist in preparation of presentations and written reports for
clients and stakeholders.
- Travel as required to support project needs, including coordination
with installation staff and federal agencies.
**Program Manager:**
- Responsible for overall program management
- Serve as the primary interface with Government customer and maintain
responsibility for managing technical performance, cost, and tasking
of all contract and subcontract personnel.
- Serve as liaison between employees and senior management/corporate
support staff.
- Author and ensure timely submission of Contractor\'s Monthly Status
Report and all other Contract Deliverables
- Perform all required interviewing, hiring, and orientation
activities for program
- Resolve conflict and recommend and conduct disciplinary actions
- Participate in annual performance reviews and bonus evaluations on
all program personnel
Compensation Minimum: \$105,000.00
Compensation Maximum: \$125,000.00
Job Requirements:
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor\'s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or
a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years Military Master Planning experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of intelligence collection systems.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time in support
of requirements
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written.

- Demonstrate ability to work well with others and effectively resolve
conflict.
**Location:** Remote
**Physical Requirements**
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.
Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending,
reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and
efficient manner.
May include lifting weight up to 25 pounds as necessary.
Optional: Physically able to walk or stand for more than 6 hours per day
