Responsibilities:
Operate brake press machinery for complex bend setups and custom forming operations
Program machine functions (angles, gauge transfers, delays, etc.) to produce precise parts
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with GD&T specifications
Prepare tooling and make custom adjustments as needed
Scan job barcodes and complete all required production documentation
Inspect work to ensure it meets internal quality standards and customer expectations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently with minimal supervision and meet daily production targets
Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Knowledge of 6S or lean manufacturing principles
Communication and teamwork skills

High School

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a brake press
High school diploma or equivalent
Blueprint reading and measurement tool proficiency
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
