Bathtub & Tile Refinishing / Regrouting Technician

Reputable Refinishing Company is seeking for independent contractors. You must have your own vehicle, Valid driver license, company or LLC and workers comp insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform bathtub refinishing (including prep, masking, spraying, and curing).

Refinish tile walls, countertops, and other bathroom/kitchen surfaces.

Identify and repair chips, cracks, and damaged areas before refinishing.

Remove old grout and apply new grout on tile surfaces (floors, showers, etc.).

Use proper ventilation, safety equipment, and refinishing chemicals safely.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all job sites.

Communicate professionally with customers to explain the process and care instructions.

Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory as needed.

Document before/after photos and complete basic job reports.

Compensation:

Paid by percentage of each completed job (starting at 50%60%, based on experience and quality.)
