Job Title: High-End Custom Home Builder – Coastal Florida Specialist Industry: Residential Construction – High-End Luxury Custom Homes

About the Opportunity: We are representing a top-tier custom home builder specializing in ultra-luxury coastal residences across Florida. Our client is seeking an experienced Home Builder / Construction Manager with a deep background in high-end residential construction—specifically along Florida’s coastal markets. This is a long-term, high-touch role for someone who thrives in detailed, client-facing custom home projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of custom home construction, from pre-construction to final turnover

• Collaborate with architects, designers, trades, and clients to bring one-of-a-kind luxury homes to life

• Ensure quality control at the highest standard—zero punch culture

• Manage schedules, budgets, permits, and site logistics with a white-glove approach

• Navigate the unique challenges of coastal building : flood zones, hurricane codes, pile foundations, salt-air material degradation, etc.

• Serve as the face of the build, representing the brand to ultra-high-net-worth clients and their reps

Required Background:

• 7+ years of experience building luxury custom homes valued at $3M+

• Proven experience with coastal Florida construction (Naples, Palm Beach, Miami, Sarasota, etc.)

• Deep knowledge of high-end finishes, structural systems, and waterfront building logistics

• Comfortable managing 1–2 projects at a time, fully hands-on

• Strong communication skills—professional, client-focused, and detail-obsessed

• Experience working with elite architects, designers, and luxury trade partners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Florida General Contractor License (not required, but a plus)

• Experience with pile foundations, elevated structures, and coastal code compliance

• Familiarity with modern, transitional, and classic coastal home styles
