A highly respected architectural firm in the Southern California coastal region is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in luxury residential design. This firm is known for crafting custom homes that are not only visually stunning but thoughtfully tailored to reflect the client’s lifestyle and vision.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-end custom residential and large-scale remodel projects

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Manage and coordinate design development, construction documents, and permitting

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Provide mentorship and oversight to junior architects and design staff

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of architectural experience, primarily focused on custom residential projects

• Proven project management experience with strong leadership and communication skills

• Deep understanding of residential design codes, permitting processes, and construction administration

• A strong design sensibility and attention to detail

• Architectural license preferred but not required

Compensation Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package included
