A mission-driven development and construction firm in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to join their growing team. This is a confidential hire for a high-impact role focused on leading preconstruction efforts, budgeting, and coordination on meaningful, community-focused projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all phases of preconstruction and estimating
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and construction teams
• Analyze drawings and specifications to develop accurate budgets and scopes
• Maintain subcontractor/vendor relationships and manage bid processes
• Provide strategic input on project feasibility, cost control, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction, preferably with a General Contractor or developer-builder
• Strong knowledge of multifamily, mixed-use, or affordable housing projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and plan review
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
