Job Description This role entails overseeing multiple AGS/Amazon data center buildings across two significant projects. The first project is a six-month engagement in Cheyenne involving heavy electrical work, fire protection, and several other subcontractors. Working alongside another superintendent, you will manage the scope of these complex projects starting August 1, concluding by February 2026. The second project involves electrical gear upgrades in Monroe, commencing in late July and expected to finish by February/March 2026. Responsibilities
- Manage authorization and daily scope of work.
- Oversee vendor and subcontractor management.
- Assist in creating and finalizing the schedule with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide input on schedule of values and update project completion percentages for billing.
- Ensure site logistics are efficient and client operations are uninterrupted.
- Collaborate with safety director for compliance with safety plans.
- Communicate with clients to maintain project schedules and resolve potential disruptions.
- Assist in union/non-union labor dispute resolution.
- Implement and maintain quality control plans.
- Communicate quality concerns to construction and regional managers for action planning.
- Procore experience.
- Five years of experience in data center construction or industrial projects.
- Experience in projects with heavy electrical and fire protection scopes.
- Skills in schedule management and vendor/subcontractor management.
- Subcontractor management and construction management expertise.
- Experience with data center, fire protection, and electrical projects.
