As a Loyalty Project Manager,you will play a key role for Loyalty Operations. Youll PM high impact priority work across the loyalty business, always balancing scope, time and cost in service of making membership in Target Circle irresistible. Loyalty Operations manages a suite of connected capabilities for the business team, supports and drives the roundtable, project manages priority bodies of work and helps implement and govern team rhythms and routines.
As Loyalty Project Manager, you will:
Support team priorities, goals & objectives by working cross-functionally to develop, drive and manage holistic project plans
Oversee the roundtable and connect cross functional partners to effectively drive work forward, identify solutions and gain alignment across all functions
Ensure strong working relationships with key stakeholders and CFT partners, providing feedback and guidance to drive efficiencies in addition to ensuring quality of work
Scope work, inclusive of resources (people/budget) and monitor the project plan from start to finish
Serve as project communications hub, communicating progress, wins, roadblocks, milestones and interdependencies throughout the life of the project
Seek solutions to overcome obstacles and/or problem solve with the team as needed, drawing conclusions from relevant data to make appropriate recommendations
Lead through change management

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
