Project Coordinator

Job Description

In this role, you will directly support a team of Project Managers and other team members, helping to coordinate failed inspections with various departments, including construction operations and field operations. You will assist in coordinating cross bore inspection projects from planning to execution, support and implement improvements for programs, particularly inspections, and handle inquiries and correspondence related to the program. You will participate in project meetings and communicate updates, maintain high levels of program documentation, facilitate team meetings, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate failed inspections with various departments.
  • Assist in planning and executing cross bore inspection projects.
  • Support and implement program improvements.
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence related to the program.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate updates.
  • Maintain program documentation and other records.
  • Facilitate team meetings and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Essential Skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, especially MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in project coordination and administration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting utility or field/construction operations is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
