Heavy Equipment Operator Needed

Looking for a full time experienced heavy equipment operator ASAP for a local construction company. FasTrack is a busy construction company looking for independent, reliable workers at this time. Some of the tasks that will be performed are Dig Foundations, install utilities, Back fill Foundation to grade, cut grade, prep work for all concrete ex stem walls, slabs; Put in infrastructure, cut drainage, fix water mains, fix sewer mains, fix storm drains, create rock walls, run equipment, septic systems install, dig, etc., build roads, stormwater management installation and repair. If you can read blue prints, work with minimal supervision and know what you are doing we would like to talk to you. We build residential homes in the City of Durango which is not far from the Silverton Railroad and Zip Lining, and many different places for hiking and skiing. Salary will depend on experience and a short trial basis with a Foreman or Superintendent. Medical, Dental, Vision, Gym membership are available after hire. 401K and Roth IRA is coming soon.
