Position: General Laborer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to assist with various construction tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with:

Frequently kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching overhead with repetitive motions
Lifting 50 pounds on a regular basis
Following directions and learning quickly
Working in a team environment while managing time effectively

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with underground utilities, including water systems, storm systems, sewer lines, power and communication conduits, manholes, drywells, and utility vaults

Comfortable driving and parking large vehicles

Loader experience

Excavation experience

Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check

Reliable transportation

$25-$35/hr D.O.E

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator skilled in excavation, grading, and utility installation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in:

Performing layout, understanding elevations, and reading survey markers

Installing underground utilities including water systems, storm systems, sewer lines, power and communication conduits

Working with manholes, drywells, utility vaults

Excavating footings and all types of grading

Managing time effectively and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Being a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude

Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check

Reliable transportation

$25-$35/hr D.O.E

Position: Dump Truck Driver

Location: Portland Metro Area

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
Were hiring an experienced Dump Truck Driver to haul materials for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will also be willing to perform general labor or operate equipment during periods of reduced trucking demand.

Responsibilities include: Safely operating and maintaining a dump truck for material transport

Hauling and dumping materials such as dirt, gravel, and construction debris

Performing general labor tasks, including shoveling, site cleanup, and assisting with utility installations

Operating equipment like loaders or excavators when trucking is slow

Reading and understanding site plans, elevations, and survey markers

Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment as a self-motivated team player

Maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements:
Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check

Reliable transportation

Comfortable with frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting 50 pounds, and repetitive motions

Willingness to perform labor or operate equipment during slow trucking periods

Ability to follow directions, learn quickly, and manage time effectively

Preferred but Not Required:
Experience with underground utilities (water systems, storm systems, sewer lines, etc.)

Loader or excavator operation experience

Familiarity with construction site grading and excavation

$25-$35/hr D.O.E
