Carpenter/Framer Pro's

Our Construction Co is looking to hire 2 to 3 highly experienced and seasoned carpenters.
Some of the things we build:
- outdoor living spaces
-homes
-custom shops
-additions
-remodel work
-siding
-adus
etc.
Your expectations are to be able to handle projects with most of your own tools. (we help provide blades etc)
The projects need to be done to the standard we set and to complete these projects in an efficient and clean manner. Meeting our budgets and quality standards.
From start to finish, and clean up, we want someone who is professional, a team player, represents our company and our values well, and can be a great part of our future.
The pay is meant to be long term, consistent work, and in a manner we can all take care of our families and keep a healthy company.
We do not want to babysit, deal with drama, poor quality work, bad attitudes/laziness, or have customers question if we know what we are doing or if we are wasting time.
This is a solid opportunity and we look forward to working with the right people for years to come.
Pay = $35 per hour + retirement program, 2 paid weeks off per year with up to 10 more earned pto days.
We do offer an insurance allowance after 120 days.
After 6 months you will be part of the profit share/ yearly dividend compensation program!!
We do offer set: hit it and get it bonuses for your projects you are a lead on or part of.
