Location: Orange County, CA
Compensation: $30$45/hour (DOE) + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: MondayFriday (Full-Time)

We're seeking an experienced working foreman to lead and work hands-on on residential and commercial interior renovation projectsincluding kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home remodels. Job Responsibilities:
Lead remodeling projects on-site from start to finish

Perform skilled trades work (framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry install, drywall, paint, etc.)

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and schedules

Communicate with project managers and clients

Ensure quality control, safety, and cleanliness on the jobsite

Work independently or with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of remodeling experience (kitchen, bath, interior)

Proven leadership on job sites and ability to work solo when needed

Ability to read construction drawings and follow scopes of work

Own truck/van, tools, and valid drivers license

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
