### Position: Residential Electrician - New Construction

As a Residential Electrician, youll install electrical systems in new homes according to NEC and local codes. Your work will include installing wiring, fixtures, conduits, circuit breakers, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety and accuracy on every job.

**What Youll Do:**

- Install and repair wiring, electrical systems, and fixtures

- Connect systems to power lines

- Read blueprints and technical drawings

- Inspect and test systems for safety

- Replace wiring, conduits, and breakers as needed

**What You Bring:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years experience in residential new construction

- Solid knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes

- Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools

- Own hand and power tools

- Valid drivers license with clean MVR

- Preferred: Electricians license and formal apprenticeship completion

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to see color-coded wiring

- Lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, scaffolding, and in tight spaces

- Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, and pulling cables
