MILLWRIGHT / BOILERMAKER
Automation Personnel Services is seeking skilled and experienced Millwrights or Boilermakers for a high-paying opportunity with a well-established industrial company. These positions are ideal for candidates with strong mechanical, welding, and structural experience. Pay Rate
$25.00 $35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience and Qualifications) Schedule and Hours
Full-time Shift and schedule details to be discussed
Must be flexible based on project requirements Millwright / Boilermaker Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to assemble and dismantle equipment using hand tools, power tools, or automatic machinery
• Assemble and erect steel structures and equipment using hoisting equipment and hand tools
• Dismantle machinery for repair or salvage using cutting torch and welding machine
• Perform welding on structural steel shapes and pipe plates; cut and shape metal parts
• Trim excess metal from welded joints to correct measurements using grinders and shears
• Repair or replace electrical components such as wiring, motors, compressors, and pumps
• Load/unload materials in bulk storage facilities (under licensed contractor direction)
• Measure and calculate load heights and stability using tape measures, slide rules, and compasses
• Plan and design structural placements using layout equipment and measuring devices

Qualifications and Requirements

• Verifiable experience as a Millwright or Boilermaker
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints/schematics
• Proficient in welding, metal cutting, and operating industrial tools
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with precision and accuracy
• Reliable transportation and commitment to safety
