What Youll Tackle

Surface prepscraping, sanding, caulking, priming.
Brush, roll, and spray application on interiors and exteriors.
Daily job-site cleanup; maintain a clean, odor-free work environment our clients rave about.
Collaborate with the foreman and crew to hit deadlines and surpass expectations.
Represent Paint Pros NW with a courteous attitude at every customer touch-point.
What Were Looking For

3+ years of professional painting (both interior & exterior).
Proven mastery of prep, application, and finishing techniquesyou know the difference between good and flawless.
Track record of reliability: on time, every time, with a valid drivers license and transportation.
Physically ready to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stay on your feet all day.
Team-first mindset; clear, respectful communication.
Ability to pass a background check.
Bonus points for former athletes, rec-league regulars, or anyone who loves winning as a team.
Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $23$32/hr , plus per-job performance bonus.
Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts.
Location: Projects between Seattle-Bellevue-Tacoma
