What You’ll Do

• Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring both design and technical excellence

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, responsive solutions

• Balance creativity with detail-oriented project management and documentation

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of reliability, enthusiasm, and accountability

• Champion quality over quantity—bringing deep care to every phase of the process

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required)

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience

• Licensed architect or currently on the path to licensure

• Proficiency in Revit (required)

• Self-reliant, self-motivated, and driven to deliver superior quality

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Compensation Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 , depending on experience and licensure Comprehensive benefits package + future equity potential
