Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking to closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics

• Ensure work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and project timelines

• Serve as the primary onsite leader and liaison between the field and office teams

• Lead and support field personnel, promoting a productive and safe jobsite

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction with ground-up projects

• Strong background in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field supervision

• Knowledge of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and construction best practices

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
