Job Title: Turnkey Concrete Estimator (Remote Option Available)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Turnkey Concrete Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in estimating full-scope concrete packages for commercial and industrial projects. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for turnkey concrete packages, including vertical, foundation, and flatwork components

• Analyze project documents and specifications to develop cost-effective bids

• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate scoping

• Utilize estimating software and tools to generate takeoffs and proposals

• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and pricing trends

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in turnkey concrete estimating

• Proven experience with mid- to large-scale commercial and industrial projects

• Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
