Superintendent – Commercial Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with extensive experience in industrial tilt-wall construction and diverse commercial project @types, including educational, municipal, and private-sector builds. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on safety, schedule, and team dynamics.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day onsite operations for ground-up and large-scale commercial projects

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, project schedules, and quality benchmarks

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams

• Maintain daily reports and supervise subcontractor performance

• Lead with integrity while fostering a respectful and collaborative site culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10+ years as a superintendent on commercial and industrial tilt-wall projects

• Proficiency in scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, SureTrak, or equivalent)

• Ability to interpret construction documents and problem-solve in real time

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a solutions-first mindset

• Experience in K-12, higher ed, or municipal projects a plus

Compensation & Perks:
