General Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated and hard-working individuals to join our team as General Laborers. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple divisions including Commercial Air Vapor Barrier, Commercial Hot Applied, Commercial Traffic Coatings, Commercial Insulators, and the Specialty Group focusing on new construction. This role involves assisting with construction labor tasks, demolition, and moving materials to new locations. The work is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift up to 70lbs regularly. You will also be using hand and power tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with general construction labor tasks and demolition.
+ Move materials to designated locations.
+ Operate hand and power tools effectively.
+ Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
+ Work collaboratively on large, notable construction projects in the Madison area.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor and construction experience.
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
+ Proficient in using hand and power tools.
+ Experience with construction materials such as epoxy and concrete.
+ Valid driver's license.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must pass a 4-panel drug test.
+ Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
+ 2+ years of construction experience.
+ Ability to work in various weather conditions.
+ Capacity to lift up to 70lbs.

**Work Environment**
This role involves working outdoors on commercial construction job sites 100% of the time. You will need to be comfortable working in all weather conditions. The typical work schedule is from 6:45 am to 5 pm. You will start at the shop and travel to job sites in a company truck. Team sizes range from 1-3 people. The dress code requires leather boots, high-visibility shirts, and a hard hat. Candidates must provide their own tools including a 28 oz. hammer, 25 tape measure, utility knife, chalk line, and various screwdrivers and wrenches. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a hard hat, safety glasses, and high-visibility vest/shirt are also required.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
