Combo Welder & Fitter**
**Compensation:** $25$26/hour
**Schedule:** 1015 hours of overtime weekly
**Shift Options:**
+ **Night Shift:** 3:30 PM 2:00 AM, MondayThursday (OT available Friday/Saturday)
+ **Day Shift:** 6am-4:30pm, MondayThursday (OT available Friday/Saturday)

**Essential Skills & Qualifications:**
+ 35+ years experience in structural welding and fitting
+ Proficiency in both **flux core** and **pulse welding** techniques (required)
+ Strong blueprint and welding symbol interpretation skills
+ Ability to convert fractions to decimals accurately down to 1/16" and 1/32"
+ Prior experience working in shipyards or on NAVSEA defense-related projects
+ Familiarity with NAVSEA standards and welding codes is strongly preferred
**Assessment & Testing Requirements:**
Candidates must successfully complete the following evaluations:
+ 3G Flux Core Weld Test
+ 3G Pulse Weld Test
+ Blueprint Reading Assessment
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
