Pipefitter**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled pipefitter to install, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems made of stainless steel and carbon steel. The successful candidate will read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications to determine layout and ensure accurate fitting using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders. This role requires inspecting work for conformance to specifications and compliance with safety standards, while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems made of stainless steel and carbon steel.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications.
+ Determine layout and ensure accurate fitting using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders.
+ Inspect work for conformance to specifications and compliance with safety standards.
+ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel piping systems.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
+ Strong understanding of pipefitting tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
+ Experience with blueprint reading and pipe welding.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Pipe welding experience is a plus.
+ OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
