Painter/ Maintenance Worker

Park View, a Cassia community, is seeking a Painter/Maintenance Worker to join our team! As a Painter/Maintenance Worker at Park View, you'll assist with painting, repairs, and general maintenance tasks to help keep our campus safe, attractive, and well-maintained for residents and staff. Position Type: Part-Time

Shift: Day (flexible)

• 8 hours per week (8 hours 1 day per week or 4 hours 2 day per week)

Pay Range: $23.80 - $29.20 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 200 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313

Maintenance Worker responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance requests by residents and staff.
• Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as needed.
• Implement and schedule a preventative maintenance program.
• Follow through on projects with little supervision.
• Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job-related instructions.
• Keep detailed reports on ongoing and completed projects.

Maintenance worker skills and requirements:

• Prior experience in painting preferred.
• Prior experience in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work a plus
• Must be available to work on-call as needed.
• Able to make repairs inside and outside of the building.
• Able to use basic hand tools.
