Contract-to-hire with long-term potential
**What Youll Do**
Set up, operate, and maintain production machines
Monitor production for accuracy, efficiency, and safety
Use calipers, micrometers, and hand/power tools to complete precision work
Follow production procedures with close attention to detail
Work closely with a team to ensure smooth operations
**What Were Looking For**
6+ months experience with a punch press
Working knowledge of measurement tools and high-speed machinery
Ability to lift, move, and stay on your feet throughout your shift
Strong communication and a team-first attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
