Concrete Finisher**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled concrete finisher to join our team and contribute to our award-winning masonry projects. We handle both residential and commercial applications, including flat work, foundations, and specialized projects. Our work varies from week to week, ranging from pouring new parking lots to repairing potholes and cracks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pour and finish concrete for commercial and residential building foundations.
+ Install and finish concrete surfaces.
+ Assist foremen and other skilled laborers when necessary.
+ Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards.
+ Assemble and disassemble temporary structures such as scaffolding.
+ Remove, fill, or compact earth as required.
+ Read blueprints and work orders using iPads and smartphones.
+ Maintain good communication with customers.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction concrete finishing, including installation and finishing.
+ Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks.
+ Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
+ Punctuality and reliability.
+ Proficiency with technology.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience working with both residential and commercial applications.
+ Familiarity with reading blueprints and work orders on digital devices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
