Our client, a dynamic construction company, is seeking a Construction Laborer to join their team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be part of the building team on a home build project. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Construction Laborer

**Location:** Marquette

**Pay Range:** $25 to $27 per Hour, Depending on Experience

**Shift:** Ability to work 40+ hours per week, starting at 7 AM daily.

**What's the Job?**

+ Looking for a laborer, painter, or up to a finish carpenter.

+ Assist in building a home, including light carpentry and material handling.

+ Perform sanding, trash cleanup, and preparation for painting tasks.

+ Support tile setting if you have relevant experience.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**What's Needed?**

+ Ability to work 40+ hours per week, starting at 7 AM daily.

+ Experience in construction or related fields is preferred.

+ Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

+ Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.

+ Clean background check required.
