**Responsibilities: **

- Assist in various construction tasks, including but not limited to digging, heavy lifting, and demolition.

- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

- Load and unload construction materials.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear.

- Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet project goals and deadlines.

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Qualifications: **

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required.

- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

- Reliable and punctual.

- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.

- Valid driver's license (if applicable).

- Must be able to pass a Government Background check.
